If you can actually print in polycarbonate materials (confirm this as you will need high temperatures and an enclosure your Prusa should have an E3D V6 that can hit the required temperatures however), the easiest materials I have found are Polymaker's PC-Plus and PC-Max line, which can print at significantly lower temperatures than typical polycarbonates (265-280C vs 290-310C).
